Medical Expense Benefits Contestability Clause

When getting travel insurance, there is a 6 month contestability clause.


For example, if sickness occurs within the last 6 months prior to travel period and the same sickness happens during the travel period, the policy won't respond.

1. Medical Expense up to P1M

2. Evacuation & Repatriation - Unlimited

3. Personal Accident - P1M

4. Child Guard - Travel Costs plus up to P5000/day

5. Compassionate Visit - Travel Costs plus up to P5000/day

6. Emergency Trip Cancellation - up to P150,000

7. Emergency Trip Termination -  up to P150,000

8. Baggage Delay - up to P5000 per 12 hours

9. Baggage and Personal Effects - up to P50,000 subject to limit of P7000 for any one item

10. Flight Delay - P2000 per 12 hours

11. Loss of Travel Documents - up to P50,000

12. Personal Liability - up to P2M
